The process that makes DecorFlou etched glass represents the accomplishment of a long technological research and production engineering process which – together with the esthetic research – are the Company’s most important cultural patrimony: a marriage between science and design. This is the entrepreneurial concept that originates innovative technical and esthetic solutions, ideal in the development of architectural and design projects. An ever-lasting commitment that has made OmniDecor an international reference point in the area of flat glass frosting and the creation of decorative patterns.

 Glass pane frosting represents the accomplishment of a long technological research and production engineering process which – together with the esthetic research – are the Company’s most important cultural patrimony. OmniDecor’s production process starts with purchasing from float glass manufacturers the glass panes of size and thickness suitable for the various successive elaborations. Thanks to OmniDecor’s technological and engineering know-how, the clear float glass sheets are processed with unique and original production techniques resulting from the research and experience gathered over thousands of projects.

Etched surfaces, decorations, patterns or full painted sheets are all obtained thanks to these processes that make OmniDecor glass sheets unique. Each of them can also be personalized based on specific client requests.

OmniDecor’s production facilities are located in Mosciano Sant’Angelo. The site has been developed with the most advanced environmental sustainability standards in mind and its central location is ideal for shipments all over the world. Favored by the fact that glass is the ecological material par excellence, OmniDecor has always adhered to environmental sustainability principles and the circular economy. Our manufacturing facility in Masciano Sant’Angelo is a modern production unit where the most advanced criteria of environmental protection are applied. In 2020 EcoVadis, an international organization whose mission is to help enterprises improve their environmental and social standards, has assigned their silver medal to OmniDecor. During 2021, the Company will also obtain the ISO 14001 certification. In addition, a 300kw/h photovoltaic plant is in the process of being built, allowing a 30% decrease in energy consumption from non-renewable sources.
